It all began innocently: a trip to the Southern coast, salty skins, a freediving class, starry skies, and ribbing from friends who have the subtlety of a car crash. “He might be too nice,” she says. “She’s nice,” he says—two nice people away from the mayhem of the city on a warm December.

“Meet you when we return to real life?” he asks. The one without the ocean or unscheduled mornings. More like the one with masks and Zoom meetings. Visa applications and client deadlines. Sleep deprivation and quiet fights. Her here, him there. You know, life.

Life as two adults “falling slowly,” she calls it.

They showed up for each other for nine months. For 30-minute coffee and tea dates. Gym sessions. Brownie runs. Even from miles away, with quick checks of “You good?” on WhatsApp. Low key long distance dating. Unsure of time and place, but certain of each other. That every time the world felt overwhelming, it strangely made sense–had order–with each other.

He punctuated this certainty with a question after a year and six months. “Want to go to a yoga session with me?” he asks. By then, he knew her, had designed this moment for her. He knew when to push and when to retreat. When to ask for starry skies and when to stay in for rainy days.

Sweating from anticipation during what felt like the most difficult “beginners” yoga class ever, he surprises her midway, “Marry me?” And coming off from a twisted inversion, she dizzyingly said, “Yes.” the room was left breathless.

To meet when they met seems the easiest of nudges from the universe. Two people seeing how good something can be. But it wouldn’t have been possible without diving into cold water on that warm December night, both wide-eyed and wandering.

The wedding theme is a minimal bohemian style featuring pastel earth-tone colors. The attire for the evening is semi-formal. As designers, we carefully selected Pantone colors for our wedding scheme. Please see below for the colors we have chosen to assist you in selecting your outfit.

Here are some style recommendations for both men and women attending. For the gentlemen, consider wearing a dress shirt or barong paired with dress pants. To add a touch of sophistication, a sportcoat, blazer, or suit is also a great option, although not required.

As for the ladies, a full-length dress, sheath, a-line dress, or tailored jumpsuit would be perfect choices. Don’t forget to accessorize to enhance your outfit. Whether you prefer heels or flats, choose what makes you feel comfortable and confident.
